What our team has to say
"A lot of places bang on about culture but Code for Australia really does put its money where it's mouth is - people genuinely care about your needs and what to make sure you're happy in the work you're doing. You get a say in what you want and there's lots of flexibility in all aspects of the work and workplace as well. CfA is kind of like a mix between a tech startup and non-profit and has managed to take the best parts of each while stepping over the pitfalls that usually come with these sectors."
"Code for Australia is the most supportive place I've ever worked - I've never grown more professionally! Having the ability to carve out your own role is amazing, and the team provide lots of what I like to call "supported autonomy". Doing purpose-driven work with nice people is a dream."
