Our Fellows developed a SMS notification service, which is a simple tool that helps automate text message reminders to clients when they have an appointment with VLA. Not only can this tool reduce the time admins spend manually sending reminders to clients, it can also increase their efficiency in managing internal calendars and has shown to reduce no-show rates for appointments.
